Hi, I’m Preston Hinckley

I’m a Davis County local, and Wasatch Aeration is my business. I started it with a simple idea: lawn care doesn’t need to be complicated or pushy. It needs someone who knows what they’re doing, shows up when they say they will, and cares about the result.

When you hire me, you get me. I answer the texts, I give the quotes, I flag the sprinklers, and I run the machine. There’s no call center and no rotating crew of strangers. That’s how I make sure every yard gets done right.

Why I only do core aeration

You’ll find plenty of cheaper options out there, including liquid “aeration” that gets sprayed on and doesn’t pull a single plug. I don’t offer it, because I don’t believe it does what a core aerator does. Davis County’s clay and compacted soils need real holes, and real holes come from pulling real cores. If I’m going to put my name on a lawn, I want it done the way that works.

Treating your lawn like my own

These are my neighbors’ yards. I take my time around trees, beds, and sprinklers, I leave your property the way I found it (minus the compaction), and I’ll always give you an honest answer about what your lawn needs, even when that answer is “nothing right now.”
